some simple habits that feed my mind, body and soul on a daily basis: - walking 10,000 steps - ⁠playing tennis regularly with the intent to genuinely improve - ⁠reading everyday: one chapter from a book and/or random things on the Internet - ⁠monitoring what’s going on in the world - ⁠eating the same protein rich meal for dinner every day still improving: - sleeping more and deeper (im finally making some progress) - ⁠being a better friend to the few that matter - saying no to things and ignoring (literally) the noise - ⁠driving a car, lol
