From risk control to the present, I have experienced the following processes: If you contact customer service many times, the reply will always be a templated "under review, please be patient", without providing any review progress, without explaining the reason for the review, and without expediting. From April 12 to 26, 2025, I provided detailed proof of work, business income, statement and other materials as required, and the tedious verification of the source of funds was also completed during this period, and I received a notice of "approved", but the account was still not unsealed and there was no progress. Today is July 5th, which is far more than 60 working days (90 natural days), and the customer service still prevaricates with "the audit has not yet ended, please continue to wait", without saying how long the audit will take, nor explaining why the audit has not been unsealed after the verification of the source of funds has been completed.
