Many categories in crypto today do not have a user problem, like spot dexes/perp dexes, prediction markets, lending/borrowing, wallets, Nft marketplace, liquid staking etc. Users already exist, and they are actively looking for good products to use. If they come across your product with interest and still leave disappointed, that is not a market issue, it is your product failing to meet their expectations. You cannot blame a lack of users when the demand is already there. Fix the experience, solve their pain points, and those same users will not only start paying for your product but also become your strongest advocates on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. They will spread the word not because they are chasing an airdrop but because they genuinely like what you built and may even want to invest in it too (which usually happens many times) You see this happening in the web2 world as well, but not at the same scale as in web3. You get users + a potential investors too.
