This isn't Libre Relay It's literally just setting minrelayfee in .conf A liberal super minority of nodes determines the global policy view for the network - you need 10s of thousands of nodes to stop what 10s of nodes want to relay @cguida6, if the miners are obligated to respect the nodes' opinions on policy, how should they determine what that aggregate opinion is?
