Part I of my III part Genesis series This day, in particular, was very special for me. Living in the Bay Area, one of the most famous icons is "Karl the Fog". Growing up in Southern California, I dreamed of one day seeing this mysterious fog for myself. Now living in San Francisco, I made it my mission to see this as often as possible. Watching the fog move through the sky for the first time took my breath away. I was in complete shock that Mother Nature could provide such a show. I will never forget this day, as I was surrounded by some of my closest friends, I watched the sun descend behind the beautiful blanket of fog.
