Nonostante la propaganda, i "based rollups" o "native rollups" non scalano uno stato composabile in modo sincrono su @ethereum L1:
- Se la traccia di esecuzione è determinata in anticipo, la composabilità sincrona in un senso utile è impossibile.
- Se la traccia di esecuzione è determinata dal validatore L1 che esegue, l'esecuzione non è più scalabile di quanto lo sia già l'esecuzione EVM L1.
Se @ethereum vuole seriamente scalare uno stato composabile in modo sincrono su L1, @ethereum deve tornare allo sharding dell'esecuzione. Non c'è alternativa.
