The yield of $MSTR's preferreds exceeds that of most REITs and surpasses the cap rate of most real estate investments: $STRD: 11.1% $STRF: 8.5% $STRK: 7.1% $STRC: ~9% With no maintenance, bad tenants, or jurisdictional risk. I almost feel bad for real estate investors at this point.
