Throughout the lawsuit, the Macrons emphasize that the two women who started the trans claims against Brigitte were found liable. I guess they drafted the lawsuit before finding out about the appellate decision, which cleared Natacha Rey and Amandine Roy of all charges, after the judges determined that the claims were made in "good faith." This is the funniest lawsuit I've ever read.
