Who in the writing room thought this was funny? It totally undercuts any argument that Colbert and the soon-to-be fired late-night TV hosts were fired for any reason other than they are simply not funny. They went woke and the networks are going broke. They are political hacks masquerading as comedians. As they get fired, they will fade into obscurity unless they go back to their roots, stop the lectures, and focus on the laughs.
