Traveling for a few weeks to reconnect with my European friends and past homes. Prague has always been a tourist destination, but Milan, being swarmed by tourists, has taken me aback. I suppose the experiential way of traveling lends itself to Instagrammable food spots over landmarks, and any place with neat cafes and good shopping can attract tourist crowds. The way people travel is now just fundamentally different from even just a decade ago.
