Ha, yes. I tend to see it as engagement farming. Like tailor made stuff that was meant to make me angry, for or against X. Once you see it though, no matter which way it’s pointing, just remind yourself they want a reaction and you’re free to ignore and do what is good, right in front of you in your regular life.
