Alphabet $GOOGL is still the sleeping giant of the Mag 7. It's rebuilding a lot of its momentum, from a stock price perspective, now trading at its highest levels since February 7th, 2025. The stock is up +34% from the April 7th lows, slightly outperforming the S&P 500, but underperfoming the Mag 7 peer group (for example, $MAGS is up +48% off the April lows). This is still probably the most glaring catch-up trade in the entire market, imo. I've been close to selling it several times, largely due to poor sentiment and lagging performance, but I'm always happy with my decision to tighten my grip & keep holding it.
