Objectively, every single time Ethereum $ETH has entered this blue range during this current bull cycle, it gets rejected. Could this time be different? Sure it can. If it does achieve a breakout, then I'm targeting $5,800. That's a big "if" and a lofty target, but that's what happens if you can actually break through a major resistance level.
