If all @Nakamoto is going to do is acquire @UTXOmgmt, I actually think this salespitch is very misleading. Acquiring a venture fund doesn't mean acquiring the assets in the fund. The assets are still owned by the respected LPs. All it means is acquiring the rights to manage the fund and rights to earn management fees
