Setting the record straight, because we believe in transparency and honesty: This is what the COO of @SemiAnalysis_ sent us in our (now archived) shared Slack on a Sunday, just three days before their “cloud ratings” went live on March 26th. They never responded to my reply. This was always just about SOC2. Calling it a “certification” when it’s clearly an attestation is misleading. The comparison to FAA certification is laughable, we’re not flying planes, and not a single customer has ever asked us for this. Now that we’ve done the work and got both SOC2 and HIPAA, they refuse to acknowledge it or update their ratings. Meanwhile, they’re quick to fix their own blatant plagiarism and copyright issues. @mikealfred
