no one asked but I think having multiple implementations of the sol*dity compiler is such a terrible idea hopefully either one of the challengers fully takes over, or solc reigns forever anything else will be a such nightmare for EVM devs

I think solx is an incredible feat of engineering and in some ways already better than solc but a world where “which sol*dity dialect should you use” is something devs have to think about is a terrible, terrible world
