It is actually mental that the Obama people behaved in such a way as to threaten certain types of intelligence sharing — the lack of which had previously been blamed for 9/11. That's how much they wanted to “get” Trump.
This is why after Crossfire Hurricane came to light, the courts & the IG made the justice department review every single Fisa warrant from like the last twenty years or something incredibly punitive like that.
They were also looking to see if this abuse of process happened in other cases, but as far as they could tell, Trump was basically singled out.
