🇩🇪 FIREWORKS EXPLOSION INJURES 19 AT GERMAN FESTIVAL - INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY A local festival in Düsseldorf turned into panic when 2 fireworks misfired, one exploding just above the crowd and the other falling directly into it. 19 people were injured, including a child. 4 are in critical condition in the hospital.
