spending a week in tokyo with the family at the end of november. we’re considering staying somewhere less central this time — anyone know of any neighbourhoods worth investigating?

considering maybe nakano, or somewhere similar along the chuo line? main metrics are food, neighbourhood charm, bonus points for galleries or etc, noting normal limitations of having small bebes
