4️⃣ Build a content system Consistency > creativity on bad days. I use Notion templates and X lists for my updates. No decision fatigue. Research in → content out. A system preserves energy for strategy, not grinding.

5️⃣ Nail distribution Great content unseen = wasted effort. • Post at peak times. • Share in Discords, Telegrams, replies. • Engage with larger accounts via value-packed comments. As a small account, visibility is your job.

6️⃣ Build relationships, not followers Growth is about people. • Reply authentically. • DM and collaborate with other creators. • Join group chats if invited. A single repost from the right person can save months of grinding. Do this, and you'll grow those smart followers.

7️⃣ Use data, but don’t obsess Track impressions, engagement, follower growth. Use data to guide experiments, rather than paralyze you. Review weekly. Adjust. Repeat.

8️⃣ Play the long game Most quit too soon. Growth compounds. Authority compounds. Focus on consistency + quality, not quick wins. I hit 18k without a single viral 100k+ impression post. But I became the Virtuals Daily Update guy, which skyrocketed my account's reach.
