Some unfortunate news Over the past two weeks, my cats health started to rapidly decline. She stopped eating her food and wasn't drinking water. After multiple visits to the vet, I was hopeful she was getting better, however yesterday things took a turn for the worse and she is no longer with us. She had been abandoned by my old neighbors who moved away. While I thought she was young, the vet estimated she was around 10 years old. She had problems with her legs, half her ears had frozen off and she needed to have half her teeth removed, but despite all this, she could live a happy and healthy life. So I paid for her surgery, had her microchipped and adopted her. She went from a life on the street, to lounging on my bed, couch and desk all day. I've never had a cat before her, but was delighted with how much time she wanted to spend with me, and how low maintenance she was. If you've seen any of my videos over the past 4 years, you would have seen her hanging out on my desk. This was something she insisted. From the moment I woke up, she'd meow at me until I put her up there, where she'd spend 10+ hours of her day while I worked. My videos won't be the same without her, she was always the star of the show. I appreciate all the comments throughout the years of how much people adored her, and the timestamps pointing out the funny things she'd do. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
