The usual jokes aside I don't recall ever having read an article that Chinese espionage is undeniably defeating the highly classified compartmentalization being used at the Primes, and what we are going to have to do about this. I know people who have clearances. It's an enormous pain in the ass. Working in SCIFs places a large burden on operational efficiency. It's incredibly expensive. It disguises incompetence. And it's evidently not very effective...
