For reference this is around 40% more than the number yahoo finance quotes. Also in this filling they say common shares outstanding after the offering would be: "233,713,312 shares of Common Stock assuming sales of 133,761,370 shares of our Common Stock in this offering at a price of $37.38 per share" If they executed the offering as mentioned in the prospectus, it would result in a 133% increase in the number of common stock shares outstanding.
