I remember my first call with Chef Momo to start exploring an integration of @AcrossProtocol into @PancakeSwap . Here's how everything unfolded: 1. PancakeSwap began integrating our Across API using our documentation, with support from our team (@againes_ & @KanishkKhurana_ ) for specific technical questions. In less than a week, it was up and running and we started seeing the first crosschain swaps between Base and Arbitrum: 2-sec fill times for bridge+swaps. 2. By using the IntegratorID, we were able to track PancakeSwap bridge transactions in our internal BigQuery database. 3. Once we added support for BNB Chain, the PancakeSwap team began testing those routes. Everything worked as expected, no changes were needed. 4. After additional testing by both teams via a private UI, we concluded that we were ready to go live. 5. We agreed on the GTM strategy and launch date. 6.
