RISC Zero's zero-knowledge computing market Boundless has launched its mainnet testnet (incentivized testnet) on the #Base chain. Boundless is committed to achieving decentralized general-purpose zero-knowledge computing, with early adopters including the Ethereum Foundation, Wormhole, EigenLayer, and others. Boundless also introduces a Proof of Verifiable Work (PoVW) mechanism to reward miners participating in zero-knowledge computing. This mechanism encourages developers and computation providers to collaborate across chains, supporting the computational needs of various on-chain applications by generating and verifying ZK proofs.
