My least favourite aspect is navigating Ethereum Governance, where rules are written literally in the ether, conjured out of thin air whenever there is a mandate of heaven involved. e.g. today I learned that there can be two headliners in a single hardfork. One for consensus layer, one for execution layer. But this logic in and of itself makes zero sense.
