🌱 Our Journey We started by addressing coordination gaps during Ethereum network upgrades and supporting the Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) process. Over time, our scope has evolved - but our mission has remained steadfast. Today, ECH Institute plays a vital role in the Ethereum ecosystem through: 📌 Stewardship of EIPs - monitoring forums, reviewing proposals, and supporting finalization 📌 Open-source collaboration - maintaining accessible repositories and welcoming contributions 📌 Educational content - producing initiatives like: 🎥 PEEPanEIP: Demystifying technical concepts through videos 📚 Learn2Earn: Incentivized learning of Ethereum proposals 🛠️ Project Demo Series: Showcasing Ethereum-based tools and solutions

💡 Why We Became a Non-Profit On July 11, 2024, we officially transitioned into a registered non-profit in the United States. This move allows us to: ✅ Operate with greater transparency and neutrality ✅ Build formal, long-term partnerships ✅ Better serve Ethereum developers, researchers, and contributors around the world
