Flipping Jamie Dimon on DEI was a big win for us. Will have a lot of second order effects. I’m glad he initially challenged me to "bring it on" expoing JPMorgan’s DEI. Once I laid it all out, I think it opened his eyes to the danger of activists using companies to advance lunacy. You have to realize he was initially one of the big DEI believers who bought the idea it was just about including each other and equal treatment. He bought that pitch hook line and sinker after George Floyd. I think learning that was all a lie and learning that DEI was really a Trojan horse for Marxism actually opened his eyes.
