1/ The EF’s mission is to: • Maximize Ethereum’s real-world usage. • Strengthen Ethereum’s resilience, socially and technically. To support this, EF is expanding its Ecosystem Development (EcoDev) efforts, beyond core protocol work.

2/ Ecosystem Acceleration. Helping founders, devs, and enterprises adopt Ethereum faster. New EF teams will focus on: • Enterprise support. • Developer growth. • App research. • Founder mentorship.

3/ Ecosystem Amplification. Scaling awareness, impact and storytelling. Includes: • Digital Studio (visuals, videos, publications). • Strategic events. • Local builder hubs ("Ethereum Everywhere"). • New: EcoDev Automation (AI-powered ops).

4/ Ecosystem Support. Coordinating grants and long-term backing: • ESP/Grant Support: more focused grants and non-financial help. • Strategic co-funding of public goods. • Launchpad support, helping grantees and EF spinouts grow.

5/ Long-Term Unblocking. Tackling structural adoption barriers through: • Policy coordination. • Relationships with governments and NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations). • Academic collaborations. All with one goal: global access to Ethereum.
