Working for a good research firm is one of most EV+ things you can do in crypto. Since starting at @Delphi_Digital, I've been surrounded with some of the most cracked talent that I'm constantly learning from. It's not easy. It's not a job where people tell you what to do. You have to figure out how to think for yourself. More freedom comes with more responsibility. But when you are working with the best it pushes you to improve.
