⚫Gray = blocks with ≤=6 blobs.
🔵Blue = blocks with >6 blobs.
EIP-7691 made blobs cheaper and more scalable for L2s and what we see: a healthy and consistent volume of blob usage, with a strong presence of high-blob blocks.
