1 week since we launched the @INFINIT_Labs Leaderboard on @KaitoAI Day 1 we were around #6, 7. By Day 3, we were #1. Now the INFINIT community is growing faster than we imagined. gINFINIT to all those who are IN. 💜 For this post, I want to share some reflections and personal thoughts in case it can help other projects think about Kaito leaderboard. 👇💭 1. Yapping is to amplify what already exists. So if your project is still early, with no real product, just ideas or videos, it might be harder for your community to yap (unless you pay hefty rewards). No one can write for a sustained amount of time about something they can’t use. → You should have something real before you amplify it to get the most effective and cost-efficient outcomes. 2. A good product makes a huge difference It’s not about being perfect. But if the product works and solves real pain points, people will enjoy using it. That energy from the community will multiply through every post, reply, and share. —> A strong unique selling point gives the community something clear to write about. 3. Kaito is a “growth hacking tool” for awareness. Kaito leaderboard is like a growth hacking tool. But to get the most of this tool, you need to know how to use it and when to use it. If your project goes on Kaito leaderboard when the product is not yet ready = not enough to show. If your project stays on Kaito leaderboard for too long = hard to sustain momentum. Using Kaito as a “growth tool” can work best when you hit the window: → Product ready → Community interested → Story worth spreading It’s product + community + story → Kaito Hope this helps other projects thinking about it! Curious how others also think!
