I am fully supportive of @tedcruz 's pragmatic compromise with @MarshaBlackburn on the AI provision of the One Big Beautiful Bill. This measure counters attempts by Gavin Newsom to impose a divisive, race-based AI agenda nationwide. If we’re serious about winning the AI race, we must prioritize investment and innovation—not DEI ideology. Congress should stand by the Cruz provision to keep America First in AI.
