gmeow~ we're bringing zkVMs to Zircuit w/ @SindriLabs 💚 months of planning + testing coming together just in time for @EthCC!

we’ve been hard at work upgrading our infra, and this is a big one ✨ @SindriLabs gives devs scalable, reliable infra built for cryptographic workloads.

Sindri supports SP1 and Jolt zkVMs, making it easy to drop in production-ready proving frameworks. we’ve been running zkVM-based testnets at Zircuit for the past few weeks thanks to their zkVM-as-an-API.

Zircuit engineers also updated the Kona implementation to support Sequencer Level Security, and tweaked the op-succinct proposer to work with Sindri’s cloud-based provers.

These internal testnets run SP1 zkVM and are almost ready for public launch. Paired with our custom OP-Succinct, this stack gives us performance boosts + a smoother dev experience 💪

Working with Sindri also helped us perfect OP-Succinct, tap into their performance improvements, and rapidly prototype networks ahead of our upcoming mainnet release (stay tuned).

Next up: public testnet, then mainnet. No dates yet but we're always shipping 🫡
