This is a 2-client devnet that finalized an ePBS epoch. Still very early, but it's a significant milestone to celebrate. Huge shoutout to @StefanBr93 @tbenr from @Teku_Consensys and @terencechain from @prylabs for making this happen. Some details in the thread.

The bad things: We forked right after, we still have some peering issue that haven't pin pointed. It's an early prototype, we don't count PTC attestations and we can't sync from genesis. Still no blobs and DA validation on Prysm. Still no builder API.

The good things: We sync blocks with and without payloads (I can't stress enough how much of a leap this is). We can request and sync payloads from missing blocks and blocks from missing payloads!

Anyone that built anything in this field knows that interop is the time where things start to be hectic, these last couple of weeks have been a sprint. We will pick up pace soon. Let's ship this in Fusaka, let's see @sigp_io @lodestar_eth @ethnimbus @grandineio join in!
