Would love to see the churn rate % for these AI apps racing to $10M. At 10% monthly churn, you're basically at zero in ten months. If you're adding users to just keep up, then you're just dying a slow death.

Crypto will be the most important area to focus on for the next six months. Not AI.

If I could give new parents one tip: take more videos in the first 3 years. I took tons of photos, but videos are what make you feel like you’re back in that moment.

Airbnb hosts are so creative. Ran into an "additional guests" fee. List 2BR but have max guests of 2 people. Charge $50 for each additional person per night. Traveling with kids has gotten a lot more expensive. Now I have to clean the Airbnb. And pay to use the other bedroom.
