In the last two weeks I
* regrouped internally with @o1_labs to process the changes
* met with @acityinohio in Miami and we had a great chat—we’re very aligned on what it means to decentralize Mina
* started thinking through which projects and resources makes sense for o1Labs to adopt from Mina Foundation
* talked to some investors, community members, partners, and builders to hear their opinions. DM me if you think I’m missing your perspective!
* started iterating on our roadmap. We will be very precise with the work we commit to. So we will communicate when we get that clarity. And we will hit our deadlines.
This is the start to a new chapter 🔥
