I sat through the first full trial day. It cannot be emphasized enough how little the Government cares about the basic facts of this case.

I am going to New York this week to bear witness to three days of Roman's trial. We developers should soberly reflect: if we'd had the talent and been so cypherpunk, it could be any one of us facing martyrdom too.
