Did we just ate? Because that investor startup dinner was a full-course feast (and vibe). 12 of our strongest startups met a group of Solana VCs from all over Europe with one objective: raise. From two scrappy startup attempts of my own, to working with founders across the space (first on the listings/launchpad team at the largest CEX, and now in the most exciting ecosystems in crypto), I’ve seen a thing or two... Here are a few hard-earned lessons I’ve picked up along the way. What an incredible day and a huge milestone for anyone who’s been in this industry! 10 years ago, I first used USDT during my move to Asia. That was the first time I felt the power of an alternative financial infrastructure, one that could unlock something far bigger for how value moves, is stored and accessed around the world. Back then, Bitcoin pulled me into crypto but stablecoins showed me its real utility, day after day. That experience shaped everything for me: 7 years ago, I chose stablecoins and their regulatory frameworks as the focus of my PhD. I still remember professors asking, “How are stablecoins a better money and how do you expect them to be integrated into the global economy?” Well… this week, that question got a major answer. Stablecoins will become the foundation for a better financial system, lowering costs and expanding economic access globally. A big year ahead. A new era ahead. Couldn’t be more excited. LFG!
