Soon-posting is lame. The product is audited & stress-tested, but we're not allowing ourselves to ship it until each box below is checked... ↓↓ 1) A net-new on-chain pricing system. No more stale oracles, no more chain congestion disruption 2) The absolute best user experience. That means the fastest, lowest cost, most efficient experience from top to bottom on the variables you care about most 3) A net-new liquidation system. Solvency is everything, so our liquidation system is taking a radically new approach that will unlock more for users. 4) An optimized risk system. Our risk systems have already been thru extreme stress tests, always protecting user deposits in prod. They're about to level up even more. 4) Complete clarity on points, token, and timelines. The only (good) surprises here will be for users that continue to stick with @marginfi through thick and thin. --- From a program standpoint, we've already checked off the following boxes: 3) Multiplicative to Solana DeFi. This is composable, not zero-sum, and opens up completely new use-cases for the broader ecosystem 4) Multiplicative to crypto finance. This program's financial center will be on Solana, but it's built to be compatible with other products across chains (yes... ETH, Hyperliquid, etc) WITHOUT fragmenting liquidity. 5) Compatible with demonstrated, existing user behavior. We're not asking you to do something new. We're offering a product to optimize what you're already doing. --- The product will roll out next month. We'll have an initial launch with stricter functionality, working with defi power users who can immediately benefit. From there, we'll start opening up the product to more users. If you're a user of Drift, Kamino, Solend, Jupiter, Loopscale, Exponent, and more... this is built for you too. When we launch, we will re-open community channels and start working with our users so we can roll into an effective DAO structure that accelerates growth. We'll be doing this the right way. Screw low float/high FDV tokens. Screw tokens with no growth potential. Screw lopsided community/insider allocations. Ok. That it. The final thing I want to say is: - I've listened to every piece of feedback over the last year. - I've built a team, from the ground up, to answer that feedback and infuse it with something completely new. - I've gone thru insane lengths to get the capital, staffing, systems, legal structure, and product we needed to deliver this. - And I won't rest until this is in the hands of everyone who will immediately benefit from it Back to work.
