Seven people remain in critical condition after the Nissan Versa slammed into bystanders around 2 a.m. during a packed reggaeton and hip-hop event. 🚨🇺🇸 CHAOS IN LA: DRIVER HITS CROWD OUTSIDE NIGHTCLUB AFTER SHOOTING REPORTED At least 31 people were injured - several critically - after a driver plowed into a crowd near The Vermont Hollywood nightclub around 2am. Witnesses say gunshots rang out just before and after the crash, with some victims fleeing back into the club for cover. LA Fire Department captain Adam Van Gerpen: "Apparently there was a vehicle which had somebody that lost consciousness inside the vehicle and drove into a taco cart and then ultimately ran into a large number of people that were outside a club in East Hollywood."
