Stargate Foundation is proposing to allocate up to $20M of the Stargate DAO's treasury as capital for an intents-based system. A Stargate funded solver could offer deep liquidity, better spreads, and faster execution, while leveraging use of Stargate's unified liquidity layer to enhance solver profitability, with earnings accrued back to the DAO.
