Yesterday, a friend showed me a competitor's site for the first time. I asked, "how much are you earning on those card transactions?" She clicked each transaction. The side caddy. I watched her click for a good minute. She couldn't figure it out. She asked support. She got a long answer. No numbers were mentioned. I thought about the @Meow dashboard. We literally put the cashback earned on every single transaction item. We put a daily interest earned tracker next to your operating funds. Sometimes I feel like we're not doing enough to be transparent. Then I see how low the bar is. If I were a customer of this fintech, I would be furious. It feels like a generational opportunity to build the most transparent fintech in history.
