There is an opportunity to build a full OTC product on top of Intents right now. Engage OTC desks to use it for their and their users security allowing to trade safely over DM. Someone needs to lock in like @surgecodes did and build a dedicated UI and then hit up all the desks.

You can then push Intents protocol forward to support trading SAFTs and other legal agreements. It’s all in the roadmap but needs a solid customer to drive requirements and understand edge cases.
