There are so many game types
I think focusing on one specific "type" but making a lovable / devin type experience is key esp for consumer outcomes. Pick your tradeoffs.
e2e pipeline specifically for:
2d pixel rpg games
anime styled interactive story games
simple voxel pvp worlds
countless more examples
Building tools and selling them to existing game companies can work too.
Split parts of the stack out and make them really good, charge for them.
But game developers are broke and probably wouldn't pay for them. Very different than selling to Silicon Valley developers. Raising for this probably will be hard as well.
The opportunity is in building end-to-end tools and growing the pie of game makers.
