We’re investigating the compromise of the Plasma X account. - Strong 1Password-generated and stored login - 2FA (non-SMS) enabled - Login shared only between 3 team members via 1Password - Email was dedicated to X only, accessed by 2 people - Last email from X was at 2:36am CET (X Gold invoice) - No password or email change notification received - Login now fails with “incorrect email” - No signs of phishing or compromise on our side Every security best practice was followed. We suspect this may have occurred via the Twitter admin panel and are trying to reach someone at X who can help. This unauthorized access is isolated to our X Account. All contracts and funds are safe.
