writing the code is the easy part now. the bottlenecks are: - defining the right product (insight, taste, timing) - distribution (narrative, audience, partnerships) - design that feels alive - data access (auth, api, privacy) - user motivation & trust (esp. w/ ai) - platform constraints & upsides you can summon working prototypes in a weekend. what's hard is what to summon & why anyone should care. weaving all of this was already difficult but it’s even more difficult now.
