I’m not sure our apparel and footwear industry would think this is a massive win…. Retailers already pay 18% and 13% tariffs on product they make in Vietnam and bring here … plus another 20%. Equals 30% or more in tariffs It’s not just Vietnam that pays that. It’s American retail.
