Jack has been known to have a very anti-crypto bias for many years now, maybe he got rugged on a meme coin many years ago and is still bitter about it
Or maybe he has to say this to defend his business from disruption
Either way, I can’t understand half of what he’s saying as his grammar is somehow worse than a 5 year-old even after living in London / Australia for like 15 years (speaks volumes about his ability to pick up / grasp new concepts I guess)

Investors keep asking me about stablecoin, and how that can reduce FX fees; if you send money from USD to EUR, and the receiving end still requires to receive EUR in their bank, I can’t see any ways stablecoin can reduce fees - off ramping from stablecoin to recipient currency are far more expensive than the FX interbank market.
